Our OEM design workflow includes:

• Create counter-samples within 7-10 days (sample fee is required, and refundable upon order placement).

• Arrange shipment and inspect goods prior to delivery.

For customized OEM orders, our MOQ is determined per color, size, and design. If you purchase from our existing stock, you can order the exact quantity you need. FOB pricing is calculated based on specifications, materials, sizing, and order volume.

Our sample policies are:

• If we have existing stock, a similar sample can be sent via freight collect.
• For custom designs or out-of-stock items, sample creation costs $50 per style/color/size via freight collect. This is fully refundable after the official bulk order is confirmed.
